1100-1200 AD:
Sultan
Shahab-ud-din, who is also known as Mohammad Ghory, finally defeated Pirthvi Raj and
conquered India. After consolidating his position in Dehli, the capital of India, led an
army attack, against multan and conquered it. As such, Multan, which had remained almost
independent under the Arab rulers became a dependency of the house of Ghaznavi. Sultan
Mohammad Ghory appointed Aii Karmani as his Governor of multan and Uch.
